8.30 AM – 6.00 PM: Sightseeing

Kathmandu city sightseeing will take 7-9 hours. Our expert city guide and driver will escort you in the following routes: From Hotel, drive to Swayambhunath temple, 15 to 30 minutes drive depending on your hotel location and city traffics. Swayambhunath temple is also called Monkey temple. A guide walk of 365 steps to the top of the temple. From the top of the Monkey temple, you have beautiful views of Kathmandu Valley. From Swayambhunath temple, drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square, 10min drive. Kathmandu Durbar Square locates famous living goddess Kumari temple, Hanuman Dhoka Durbar courtyards with amazing wooden architectures, and various Hindu temples. From Kathmandu Durbar Square, a guided walk to Thamel through Ason local markets, 30min walk. Ason and neighborhood area has been the center of local businesses in Kathmandu Valley for at least last 600 years.
